"Wiki's"
I have always been a fan of Wikipedia. So great that joe blogs can add information to a "wiki" page without having to be a html wizard.
I think this page http://libsuccess.org/index.php?title=Main_Page is great, and the application will be a wondeful way of libraries sharing information amongst collegues.
Being able to have input from the public would be a valuable tool for libraries, this way we can 'hear' what works and what doesn't in our libraries.
